Claire Lloyd
Claire manages the team at Festivals House and works with our members on a wide range of issues such a child licensing issues, safeguarding and insurance.
Claire works closely with our Board of Trustees, Adjudicators Council and Festivals Council to plan and deliver areas of strategic development.
Claire manages the day-to-day operations at Festivals House and is on hand to deal with member queries on a wide range of issues affecting the festival community.
Fay Hayward
Fay is our Finance Officer and is our first point of contact for queries about membership payments, invoices and other finance enquiries.
Fay can assist with queries about membership subscription, insurance payments, copyright fees or any other finance-related issues that you may have.
Michelle Shore
Michelle provides support to our members on a wide range of different areas.
Michelle arranges all our Adjudicator Assessment Days and is the main point of contact for new members who are in the process of joining the Federation.
Michelle also works on our member mailings, keeps our membership records up-to-date and deals with membership enquiries.
